Richer Thoughts
Hey {{first_name}}!
Growing up, we learned a lot of things. How money actually works in real life wasn't one of them. How a paycheck really works. What interest does to you when it works against you. What to do when life costs more than you planned for.
We were just expected to figure it out.
And most of us did. Slowly. Sometimes painfully. Mostly alone.
But here's what I want you to get: the fact that you're here… actively trying to get better with your money, is the conversation most of us never had. And you're having it anyway.
That's not small. That change is everything.
Your Richer Tip

One of the most powerful things you can do for your finances right now isn't just about money.
It's talking about money with someone you trust.
Not on social media. Not to everyone. Just one person.
Data shows that people who talk openly about money make better financial decisions, stay more accountable, and carry less shame around their struggles. And shame is one of the biggest things keeping people stuck.
Find your ‘money person’. A friend, a sister, a partner. Someone who won't judge. Someone who might also be on their own journey. You don't need them to have answers. You just need them to show up.
Dream Catcher Spotlight
Two Dream Catchers in our Facebook group started doing monthly "money dates" on FaceTime. They check in on their goals, celebrate wins, and hold each other accountable when life tries to pull them off course. One of them said it best: "I tried to do this alone for years. Having someone who actually checks in changed everything."
Reminder: You were never meant to do this alone.
Choose Your Adventure

If you're just getting started: Think of one person you could talk to about money without judgement. Send them a message today. Something simple: "Hey, I've been working on my finances and could use an accountability buddy." Just see what happens.
If you're already a Boss: Take it further. Propose a monthly money date with someone in your circle. Same day, same time, every month. Goals, wins, adjustments. That's the whole agenda.
Trending Now

37% of Americans say managing money feels too overwhelming and they don't know where to begin. But research consistently shows that people with financial support systems make faster progress than those doing it alone.
My Take: Feeling overwhelmed isn't a character flaw. It's what happens when a skill most of us weren’t taught suddenly feels urgent. That's exactly why this community exists. You're not behind. You're just getting started in a space full of people doing the same thing.
Goodie Bag
You don't need a perfect plan. You just need a starting point and someone to show up with.
I put together the "Money Date Starter Kit" — fill it out with your ‘money person,’ come back to it every month, and watch your money story start to change.
